The Network of Campus Journalists of the Philippines held its very first "biyahe", an educational tour for campus writers in Malacanang Palace, Manila.

The event paved way to discussion of Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's vision of Strong Republic.

Presidential Chief of Staff Sec. Rigoberto D. Tiglao discussed the vision and explained to the atendees different efforts of PGMA administration to achieve the vision.
